Full Description:

Starting June 10th, 2024 I will be co-facilitating with Chessie Snider LMHCA an Expressive Arts Support Group for adults ages 21+. The group will meet on Mondays from 6 PM to 7:30 PM virtually and group sessions are 90 minutes. There are 8 open spots for this opportunity for the online 4-week DBT-informed expressive art group aimed at enhancing participants' personal growth and self-esteem. We will utilize a multimodal approach including collage making, drawing, and music. There is a 15-minute screening call prior to starting the group.
